Besides the wide variety of flora and fauna, Monteverde Cloud Forest boasts several sky adventures for visitors.  It includes treks on zip lining, a sky-gondola ride, and walking on hanging bridges. They showcase the cloud forest with a nice adrenalin rush. Visitors can zip line through seven cables and enjoy the breathtaking views below. One can take the one-mile-long Catarata Del Toro Waterfall Hike that takes one to the waterfall. Adventure tourists can also hike the 8 miles long trails in the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Tourists looking for more adventure can climb the 3820 meters high Home Cerro Chirripo by negotiating a trail that is more than 12 miles, one way. It offers unique coastal views.
